I fucking love hanging out with my dragon. It is my favorite meditation.
I would say meditating to find your dragon isn't for beginners to meditation but you can definitely try it. I had my step dad do it, who isn't experienced in meditation and it took him a few tries before he was able to connect with his dragon. I meditate like daily so the first time I did this meditation, I was able to meet my dragon.
I love the concept of dragons as explained in the video. To your dragon you are treasure. They are meant to protect you and guide you. They have known your soul since its conception, they know the path you walk, the patterns you create, the types of people you are attracted to. Knowing my dragon protects me offers me a sense of peace, nothing can go wrong if I have a fucking dragon watching my back.
When hanging out with my dragon, it's almost like it is showing me the future silently. We fly around to different places and the symbolism of these locations always resonates. Before I moved to Nashville, I had to find a house and being long distance it was kinda stressful. My dragon flew me to a house in the woods, it was cute, quaint and everything I wanted for my Nashville house. It ended up looking pretty much like my house now. My dragon flying me to that house brought me a sense of calm and showed me that what I was manifesting was coming true. The house had the blessing of my dragon.
My tips for meditating with your dragon is just to lay down and be calm. Open your mind up to your imagination. Really see yourself in the scenery the video talks about. Be ready to have fun, fly around, learn ancient things about your soul. Be ready to learn why your dragon thinks the world of you. Why you are so special and why you are valued as a treasure. It really makes you feel good inside.
My dragon is white with gold sparkles. Maybe our dragons can hang out. Let me know about your dragon! Dragons are all different and the color and “ethnicity” is all very symbolic to whom you are. For example I can tell my dragon is a European dragon and not an Asian dragon. Let me know how this meditation worked for you!
